February 06, 2013Jay Loyola, Artistic Director and trained dance instructors from the American Center of Philippine Arts (ACPA) instruct youth ages 5-17 on basic steps in Philippine Folk Dance, and apply these steps to choreography and the stage to be shared with the community.
