School Tours and Outreach
Visit the Oakland Asian Cultural Center for your next field trip! OACC offers 1 hour interactive tours & cultural art activities that are designed for your school. Our curriculum covers a diverse range of Asian Pacific Islander American (APIA) cultural & historical subjects and meets the California Content Standards. Whether through a docent led or self-guided tour, an on-site or school-site Shaolin Kung Fu Workshop, OACC is a valuable resource for APIA arts, culture, & heritage education.

- Minimum of 15 students (20 for Artist Workshops) required for all packages
- Please provide at least 1 chaperone per 10 students

Package 1: Exhibits Tour & Cultural Art Activity
An interactive tour of our changing exhibits (click here for our current exhibits) on Pan Asian culture plus related cultural art activity.

Story time with Asian Children books plus related cultural activity.

Package 3: Cultural Artist Workshop
Learn various aspects of Asian cultural arts from the artists themselves. All workshops include lecture and a interactive component. Featured artist include Shaolin Kung Fu Monks and Guzheng Musicians.
Grades K-12
30 students max
