Third Thursdays Update!
OACC is very happy to apply Third Thursday rates to all Thursdays in May and September of 2010 to all qualifying 501(c)3 non-profit organizations. These are our busiest fundraiser months and Thursday is our busiest fundraiser day – making this our best offer yet in support of our community.

We here at OACC are excited to work with you in bringing our community together and very much appreciate your continuous support. We would like to say thanks by offering an invitation to take advantage of Third Thursdays, a discount program offering all our rooms at 50% off. We want to make space more affordable for 501C3's that serve Oakland residents we would like our closest partners to get first dibs on our capacious auditorium and well-equipped conference rooms. Fine Print:
-The 50% discount is applied to our already discounted non-profit rates, which are listed at www.oacc.cc/rental-info/rentals.html
-Applications must be submitted online, check out or website at www.oacc.cc/programs/third-thursdays.html
-The 50% discount applies to every third Thursday through December 2010 (further months and possibly days will open in response to need, check our website for updates).
-This program will follow all current OACC rental policy.
-The auditorium can only be rented once per calendar year per organization
-Total event time must take place between 10am-11pm including set up and breakdown
-Reservations will be taken on a first come first served basis.
-Courtesy holds can be placed for one week (7 days) without contract or payment.
-Reservations will be made final after contracts are signed and full payment is received
-Policy may change with need, please check out our website for updates.
